This place is amazing - cosy and spacious rooms, very clean, quiet, kind staff and great breakfast. The fact that they also pick you up from the airport makes it so easy when you fly to Colombo. I’d definetly go back :)

Our plane arrived late and we missed the first night. It was charged only 50%. We had excellent experience with the whole family who runs Randony villa. They made everything to make our stay relaxed and comfortable. Delcious breakfast and dinner! Anand did some shopping for us that was very kind and the last day he arranged the vehicle to Kandy. He also gave to us very precious advises and reccomendations, as we were for the first time in SriLanka. The place is very quiet and green with beautiful views of the river. We hope, we will stay again there.

The perfect place! The room was super spacious, high ceilings, nice bathroom and good air con. The bed was comfy and clean and the balcony was beautiful. The owners are so so lovely and made us feel very welcome, it’s worth booking just to meet the nicest family in Sri Lanka. Couldn’t recommend more

The owner, Mr Nelson is excellent. He went many extra miles to help me, in the midst of Sri Lankan curfew after the general election. Very quiet place to relax. I recommend this place for anyone.

His genuine concern for our well-being was deeply touching, as he checked in on us every two hours to guarantee our safety in Colombo. The pièce de résistance, however, was the extraordinary care provided by Mr. Sumith, fondly known as 'Uncle'. This unsung hero went above and beyond, always ready with a helping hand and a radiant smile. As for the villa itself, I can only sing its praises. The rooms were immaculately maintained, with every detail meticulously attended to. The quality of stay was truly top-notch, with no faults to speak of. It's clear that the owners take immense pride in their property. The Glory Villa is more than just a place to stay – it's an immersive experience of warmth, kindness, and unparalleled hospitality. I made the best choice in booking Summerhouse for a weekend stay with my wife and 5 month old son! The couple, villa owners, are very nice, friendly, pleasant, and were extremely accommodating, especially to make our stay more comfortable with the little one. It’s so close to Colombo, and really is a place to get away from city living. The villa was oozing with charm… it was clean and well equipped with everything to make a very private, comfortable and enjoyable stay. And since it’s located within a larger housing scheme, we also able to use the pool and clubhouse as well, which was quite neat and also safe. Overall we loved our weekend at Summerhouse! Would definitely recommend it to friends and family! ☺️
