I loved everything about Halketha. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality from Chitra, Mary and Nelumi. We were taken to our villa across a beautiful landscaped garden that also stays true to its love for the natural environment. The villa itself was perfection - perfectly decorated, clean, homely but also provided you with a sense that you were in luxury. The outdoor bathroom was a cherry on top, with a beautiful araliya tree in the middle. During our stay, we were not only treated close to family, but the quality of service was nothing like I had seen in Sri Lanka for a long time. The food was authentically Sri Lankan, with a rich yet classic taste. The property is close to mini waterfalls and great walks. This is a stay I will keep coming back to. A reminder that authentic and wholesome experiences still exist in Sri Lanka.

A piece of heaven in the countryside of Sri Lanka. The villa is located inside a beautiful garden and just 10 min from the beach. The host will do everything to make you feel at home. I really appreciate that the host took me to visit the surrounding area free of charge. The breakfast was delicious, with a choice of Sri Lankan, Indian or Western food. For a very reasonable price, he also offers an excellent dinner. Thanks again :)

Spent 10 days in total at this lovely, warm, welcoming villa. This place is really a treasure if you are looking for local experience. Victor and his family made my stay amazing and I felt like a part of the family. Rooms were clean, the food was yummy, location was good - close to the ocean and close to the shops. The swimming pool was clean every day and I also had a chance to use their yoga mats to do my daily yoga practice! :) It was truly an extraordinary experience to be here, thank you, Victor! I recommend, I also appreciate that the family is making a big step forward as they are being very eco-friendly, Thumbs up for that as in Sri Lanka is not that easy to do that.

We had a stay of one night after our stay at the other villa of Shameera. Also this Villa is a great place to be, really fantastic. Once again, the host Shameera is a wonderful guy. He is so kind and polite, he helped with everything. eg giving some really good hints, what to do and what kind of activities are good to join. We booked just one apartment, but there are two apartments with separate kitchens with kitchenette.WiFi was good. It was a simple cosy cottage with all the facilities you need. Working table, small garden, washing machine and modern furniture included.The most important thing is the location.Few steps to the Moragolla beach through a shadow lane with trees.(near the Palms Hotel). The Villa is not much expensive like at beach front. You will feel relax at seascape for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Beautiful views. Amazing feeling right on the coastline, therapeutic. The room is quite spacious and the bed is very large and comfortable. They have a small store on site that sells snacks and drinks for low prices. You can also order breakfast, lunch, and dinner from them, very authentic, fresh, and affordable. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things about the hosts. Some of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met. Extremely generous family. It was a very joyful and peaceful stay, at a very affordable price.
