Beautiful quiet location close to the Pekoe Trail. The host and his family could not have been more kind and welcoming. The guesthouse is well appointed and very comfortable . We had dinner and breakfast here. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Highly recommended 👌 and great value.

For a simple authentic experience with great management and service you should stay here. Food is cooked fresh and the manager is lovely. We stayed a night and had dinner, breakfast and lunch. Rooms are simple but with a hot shower and very quiet. The other hotels near charge a lot but seem to have less soul!

We booked our accommodation here at the last minute, as we left another local hotel in disgust at the poor hygiene. The Regal Rose Luxury Apartments far exceeded our expectations of what we have experienced in Sri Lanka so far. The hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. The tea on arrival was just what we needed. The breakfast was fantastic and catered exactly to our requirements. The water pressure was fantastic and the hot water was so hot. This accommodation is a real gem in Nuwara Eliya. The owner called us from Australia upon making the booking to check out requirements. It was great to have someone understand cleanliness and provide us with a clean and comfortable stay. Prasad the manager is a natural at customer service. Ishan thank you mate. It was an extremely nice stay! The people were really nice and even organized a pickup from the trainstation (without us asking for it:). In the morning we wanted to leave at 5:30 to the Horton Plains and they even proposed to give us lunch packages at that time! (We had to decline since we had already bought some snacks but I would have loved to do that!) Dinner was also proposed to prepare at 9 or 10 pm! Which we sadly also had already eaten. But all these offers were really nice and the room itself was also very nice and clean:)

The owner Saman and her husband made us feel very special, especially pampering us with delicious homemade breakfasts. All is incredible, the location, the very friendly owner, and the amazing breakfast!!! We only spent one day in Ella but was really a wonderfull experience.Also the place is brand new and very comfortable. Only 5 minutes from the center.

We have rarely experienced such nice and helpful hosts. There is tea or coffee and even homemade snacks on the veranda. the accommodation is beautifully situated in the green, so you can enjoy the lovely morning meal with a beautiful view to the green. we liked it so much that we stayed here longer than planned. Tuktuk ride to the center of Ella takes between 5-10 minutes and costs 500lkr. sometimes the host took us there or picked us up. we felt completely taken care of. thank you and we will come back oneday.

This place is unbelievable. Perfect location to be away from traffic in Ella and the hospitality was outstanding. Brought us a bottle of wine for our honeymoon and made us tea every night before bed. Breakfast was delicious and all for a unbelievable price.
