We had a great time with Majhoub and his team. They made arrangements to collect us from the airport and we were welcomed with fabulous dinner. The Riad was superb. It's located in the Medina, which is full of hustle and bustle, but we were in a quiet spot within an easy walk to everything. Majhoub helped us put together an itinerary for the week, which was super helpful. We visited the Atlast Mountains, a lunch with a Berber family, enjoyed a hot air balloon flight and visited a camp in the Agabay Desert. Majhoub was very clear to relay that I was a veggie to the organisers of any tours with food. Our driver, Abdou, was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had a very warm and friendly personality. He was with us most days and told us a lot about the country, different areas, and history during our travels. We felt extremely safe. The staff were fantastic and we felt like we were part of the family rather than guests. Our thanks go to Majhoub, Abdou, Mimon, Aziza, Merica and Soraya and anyone we have missed - sorry (I think I have their names correctly!) for making a stay extremely special.

We had the best time in Riad Losra! The staff was extremely accomodating and attentive, nothing presented an issue, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming, the room was super clean, and the breakfast was really nice. We stayed in various riads in Morocco and this one was by far the best. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Exceptional hotel! An oasis on the outskirts of Marrakesh. The decor is beautiful. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable, spacious, with air con. We ate our evening meal and breakfast (both ample and delicious) under a roofed area in the garden overlooking the swimming pool. We had a night swim under a crescent moon. It was a joy to smell the scent of flowers in the garden and walk among the fruit trees in the orchard. We liked everything about this beautiful hotel. Thank you to Khalid and the staff for your hospitality. As it's approx. 45 mins by car to get to the hotel from Marrakesh, we'd recommend using your own transport to get there. It would make a lovely venue for a small wedding.

Extremely warm and welcoming staff, especially Maxim, he was so helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit, the breakfast is filling and tasty and the environment is beautiful, every main attraction in the city is in walkable distance and a place where they can pick you up by car is 5 minutes away so great location as well. The apartment itself was great. Very spacious with comfortable places to relax and eat. The kitchen was branch new and very useful. The beds and rooms were also great with aircon and comfortable sheets and pillows. So all in all a great place to spend the night before an early flight. For the administration, this was also absolutely excellent. Me and my girlfriend spoke with the owners brother who was responsible for the checkin and welcome. We immediately felt right at home😁
