A wonderful homely base in an area that has suffered so greatly from the September earthquake. We were welcomed warmly and generously and made to feel truly at home. The views from the terrace are stunning and both dinner and breakfast were bountiful and delicious. A truly wonderful stay and highly recommended.

We loved our stay at the Auberge! El Houssein was extremely accommodating and gave the place a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Amazing views, lots of short hikes starting from the lodge, Bader and Abdel were amazing hosts, very friendly and helpful. Always checked on us to make sure we had everything that we needed. The meatball tagine was one of the best we have had in Morocco. Wifi was great, rooms were very clean. Abdel was very informative and even helped us out with finding a guide for Toubkal mountain. Would definitely recommend as a peaceful escape from busier areas. We are staying in Morocco for one month and may return here for another tranquil evening.

Sending Greetings to the lovely staff, we had an amazing experience, everything was incredible, breakfast is made with local and fresh ingredients, homemade tradional dishes like msemen batbouts and cakes. The dinner was also very delicious. The bedroom is neat and clean, we got the chance to wake up seeing the mountains of atlas. It's definelitely not the last time I will come for a visit. It's a place to be, if you want to relax, disconnect from stressors and life nowadays, thanks for taking care of us !
