The villa is very large and spacious. Everything is very clean. Very spacious rooms with air conditioning or heating and scented. The decoration is very nice. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and amazing. Mohammed was really helpful and responsive when we were lost and had some questions throughout our stay! There's a washing machine and a clothes rack, if you wanna do laundry, and a good-sized fridge if you are planning to get groceries to cook. There's a stove top and oil and dishes, whatever you need. The elevator is pretty small, but that isn't a problem. There's a cafe downstairs, the coffee is good too.

We booked at this hotel because we needed to take our plane back home, early the day after. The hotel is located 10min. drive from the airport. We asked if we could check in early because we needed to return our rental car at noon, and got very quickly a positive respons. Our arrival in hotel Passiflora was very welcoming. Since we didn't have time to have breakfast before I asked Mona if it would be possible to have it in the hotel. All of this was no problem. Mona also took care of the reservation of a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning. For us this stay was perfect and in all aspects they took care of us in a very friendly way. Thank you very much

The property is in the new city center and the atmosphere is amazing! The riad has a great outdoor garden. The staff is also very friendly. We had just one full day in Fes and asked the host to help us book a guide- he has managed to organise the tour for 30 mins. This was great!
