From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was unforgettable. We booked without any reviews—took a leap of faith—and thank God we did, because what we found was far better than luck. We were welcomed with traditional Moroccan tea, and the host kindly helped us with our bags. That’s when it hit us: we had stepped into a beautifully restored, authentic Moroccan home. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-equipped, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around the city, and having underground parking was a huge bonus. A special thank-you to Muhammad for his warm welcome and exceptional assistance. He patiently showed us around and was always ready to help with any questions we had throughout our stay. His hospitality made a great impression and added a personal touch to the experience.

10/10 Highly recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Tangier. The location is amazing because you're inside the Medina but on the very edge of it; so you have easy access to explore the Medina but also the option to avoid it and walk around the outside. You're in between 2 main beaches, there's a lovely local Cafe next door we went to nearly every day for delicious coffee and mint tea for 10 dirhams aka 1 euro which is a quarter of the price you'll find at other more tourist centered cafes. The inside of the Riad truly is as stunning (possibly even more) as it looks in the pictures. It's clean, you can drink the filtered tap water (brita) there's a full kitchen set up that will easily accommodate your cooking needs. On site laundry came in very handy since our flights had luggage restrictions so being able to do laundry was a godsend. Last but definelty not least, easily the best part about this place is you have Ahmed. Ahmed is the manager for the property but also so much more, whether you need transportation to/from the airport, recommendations for restaurants or museums, help locating a specific item/souvenir, help with the facilities and so much more Ahmed has you covered, quick to reply on whatsapp and clearly prioritizes your comfort and happiness as guests! If I ever return to Tangier I know exactly where I will sleep!

The host was warm and welcoming, was quick in response whenever i needed something. The appartment was clean and modern. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful located near nature but close to the city with security day and night! Shops were near at walking distance. Appartment has a kitchen with lots of apliances. Enough airco to keep it cool in the summer but was not needed for my stay. Appartment has nice gadgets that made my stay even more comfortable. Enough safe parking spaces.

fantastic view and quite big rooms. enormous size of TV, the biggest I’ve ever seen. super friendly host and easy to talk to in English. the location is in great areas, super close to the beach, to many great restaurants. there is a convenience store right inside the building. high speed stable internet. also 2 air conditioners in each room.

We were in Morocco for two weeks on a family trip, we traveled to several cities and had different accommodations, this one was our favorite! Location is perfect to the beach and to the medina, view is unbeatable, plenty of space to chill and enjoy. The only regret we have is staying for only one night!!!
