The property was brand new. Very clean with good appliances. It was in a quiet apartment block just 5 minute walk from old town Kotor. Private parking just 10 meters away. Any questions were quickly answered by host who was very friendly. Absolutely recommend

Perfect position for a visit Kotor town (in a walking distance), historic town of Perast and the small island in nearby. The host, Marijana, is very kind, empathic and helpful: she recommended what to visit and how, recommended (based on our request) a good fish restaurant and helped us to find a parking place. The equipment of the appartment was very nice and practical.

Highly recommend this place! We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd out of 4 floors and it was lovely. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The balcony has sun loungers as well as comfy chairs and had an excellent view, it was very pleasant to spend time out there. The balcony gets full sun from about 11am (behind the house before this in April) until sundown and there is a parasol for shade. The showers were hot and powerful. There was a large TV with access to Netflix and Prime (if you have an account). The back bedroom is ensuite (with shower) and there is another bathroom too with shower over bath. The beds were comfy and air con was available, although we only used it once briefly in April. There are 3 balcony doors off the living room which provide a nice breeze. There is a decent shop and a bakery nearby (few mins walk) and the beach is just down the steps at the front of the house. We went in the sea lots (about 16 degrees water temp) as we had lovely weather, bright and warm every day (with the odd short rain shower or cloud some mornings). There are a couple of bars and some restaurants nearby (more were getting ready to open in May). Snack Bar Forum is a good little bar on the waterfront (drinks only, despite the name) and Luka's Oyster bar about a 15 min walk in the Perast direction was a lovely spot with excellent fish. Parking at the apartment was easy and this was an excellent spot in Dobrota. Kotor itself felt busy/hectic and always had traffic issues, this was a great, relaxing place away from that. I would definitely recommend it. Marina was also prompt and friendly in answering queries and flexible with check in times. FYI. The photos are a little unclear, but there are 4 apartments (one on each level) here. Parking is at the back, with a small external staircase down to reach the ground and 1st floor and then internal stairs to reach the apartments on the top 2 levels. A great stay! Loved it!

The house itself is very authentic and very well equipped. Spacious rooms and 2 big bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are very nice and extremely clean. The location is the best as you have everything in the aeria of 300m....coffee shops, supermarket, park for kids. The parking is in front of the house. The host Darko is extremely helpful and always at your disposal.

1) Easy to find parking. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to a stunning Superior Suite with a breathtaking sea view—an incredibly spacious two-bedroom apartment. As it was my birthday, I was surprised with a delicious cake delivered straight to our suite, which made the occasion even more special. The staff's warmth and attentiveness went above and beyond—we truly felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The attention to detail in every aspect was remarkable. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight—absolutely delicious! Huge compliments to the chef, and heartfelt thanks to the wonderful person who served us. This was the most amazing experience ever . Do spoil yourself and stay at this wonderful place !

    Excellent, well equipped and comfortable apartment in a stunning location. Some great local restaurants and very handy to be close to a supermarket. Would recommend restaurants Barba and Babilon. The hike up to the old fortress is worth getting up early for, but don't try it in the heat of the day. We also loved the boat trip to the Blue Cave and a trip into the mountains trying local produce and with incredible views of the bay. Great to be so close to the sea too. An idyllic holiday.
