The location was excellent, really near public transport links. City centre close with lots of bars and restaurants a small stroll away. The room was well stocked with tea, coffee and a fresh bottle of milk left in the fridge. Toaster and microwave provided. Details to collect our keys were sent with easy clear instructions. Nice size room and bathroom.

    Excellent hosts. Quiet location. Private. Welcome drink was a nice unexpected gesture. Breakfast being provided.was another bonus especially for my early start. Like the fact my pet could have stayed (though didn't have any on this occasion as was a work trip).

    Very easy communication with hosts. Very clean, warm and easy access. Loved the breakfast selection. There was plenty. Host was lovley. Great place for out dog as right on a reserve.

    Not just a B n B. It was more like a hotel and home away from home. Leanne and Steve are amazing and super friendly. The food was all nicely prepared in the fridge with lots of choice. Very comfortable bed. Was allowed to bring my dog which was amazing. She felt right at home too. Lovely area for walks and very connected to everything.
