Very nice and friendly staff.Especially Fatma and Shahadet.They helped with finding a rental car company and were always checking if we had the fare price for the taxi.Fatma ordered taxis for us when we didn't have the Otaxi app yet.We got even upgraded to a suit with a living room.I advice everyone to stay in this hotel!
