Near Pangasinan church, coming from Baguio. Spacious parking lot, and helpful staff. Water heater works, mineral water is also accessible in every floor. It was great that they also allow pets.

During my recent stay at Patbry Transient in Baguio City, I was impressed by the combination of comfort, convenience, and affordability this accommodation offered. The house is clean, and I like the pantry. Here, you can cook your own food. The kitchen is complete. Ate Angeline was very accommodating; they have a store downstairs, just text her if you need anything.

The area it was very relaxing and quiet, it feels like home. I like the view it was not crowded. It doesn't feel like a transient house. The contact person is so accommodating. The place is excellent. Service is beyond expectation. The owner, Sir Efren is 24/7 reacheable. They treated guests like family. They personally adjusted to our needs without asking for extra charge. Location is perfect. It's near to different tourist spots in Baguio. Host are very nice, approachable and always ready to provide answer whenever we have queries. Our 3-day stay is worth the money. We are at peace when leaving the place since it was protected by 24/7 CCTV. The place is huge and very comfortable to stay with. Everything is perfect!
