I recently had the pleasure of staying at the khyber guest house during my visit,and i must say,it exceeded my expectations in every way.from the moment i arrived,i was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine sense of care.one of the standout features of khyber guest house is its fantastic location.Situated in the heart of saidu sharif swat.It offered easy access to all the major attractions while providing a peaceful escape from the bustling city.My room was tastefully,decorated,impeccably clean,and equipped with all the modern amenities .The khyber guest house apart is its exceptional staff every member of the team went above and beyond the ensure my stay was memorable.

It was a great experience, the staff especially was so wonderful, the interior designing of the villa is beautiful and detailed, the facilities are above and beyond, truly felt like i was at the comfort of my own home, the chef made wonderful home cooked meals, all in all, perfect. Very pretty to stay in mashaallah 💗✨️

Great location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, facilitated and the staff was amazing. Everything was just perfect, the food was absolutely delicious. We went to the rooftop and had amazing time. The view, atmosphere and service were great and the kids really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this swat Hill View resort for international and Pakistani visitors. Would definitely stay there again.

Really great hotel! Very friendly staff, always eager to help. The room was spacious and clean, a nice sitting area in the room. Breakfast was included and it was really filling and good. The hotel also offers laundry service at extremely reasonable prices. We felt at very much at home here and would recommend this hotel without reservation. I will certainly stay again if I get the opportunity. Thanks for looking after us so well :-)

Well Mr Obaid he is fantastic guy, When I told him I'm lives in abroad he offered me free food not from hotel mess but from different restaurant, i get there by 5am but they already get ready everything for me... thanks Obaid bhai. The hotel is much better it looks on pictures. The location is ideal halfway to Malam Jabba. You can stay there and travel to Malam Jabba in morning. Very good location and landscape for pictures. Staff is very nice and provided us with everything we needed. Best hotel with best services at this price point!
