The location is good, the pedestrian street and the main square is 10-15 minutes on foot. The breakfast was rich and tasty. The staff was polite and helpful. The hotel has good, free parking facilities. The room was cosy, spacious, but the view was poor we saw the roofs of the neighboring houses. The bathroom was spacious as well and beside that it was well prepared.

Very good value for money, very conveniently located (out of traffic jams), private parking with video surveillance, very professional staff, big room, big bathroom, no water leaks from the shower, very clean, very comfortable bed, very good sound insulation, huge breakfast selection. Having visited Belgrade two times before, I strongly believe that Hyatt is the best hotel you will find in the city! Beautiful facilities in a quiet location at New Belgrade, but at the same time only a short drive away from the historic center. The room was big, with comfortable beds and had an impressive bathroom made of marble. Breakfast had great variety and included a lot of local profucts. We really enjoyed the swimming pool area and its amenities (you could even find different tea flavors at the locker rooms which was a great touch!). The staff was very polite and helpful with anything we needed, making us feel very welcome from the first moment. Hvala na svemu, pozdrav iz Grčke!
