I was very happy, nice personal ,good price,nice place ,was There in February but in the house was warm and clear. check out time was till 11am but im asked a personal to stay till 16:00 pm ,and they said yes and it was for free.. :)

Very nice big room in former apartment building. Absolutely spotless. Bright, inviting breakfast / kitchen / common room, with access to outdoor space with grill. 5 minute walk to train station, and downtown area. Staff friendly and kind.
