This is such a great place to stay. Big rooms with Aircon, comfy beds, exceptionally clean. Run by a nice family who definitely goes the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. I booked for one night but ended up staying longer. The breakfast is generous and delicious and served in the beautiful garden. It's not marked on Maps.Me and Google maps yet, so look for house number 22 on your left.

Fantastic hotel, best service, this exceeded my expectations, Staff is vey friendly and professional, Owner of the Hotel is fantastic person. Stayed here for 3 nights, arrived late in the evening and they even picked me up from the airport. The rooms are amazing; clean and spacious with an amazing price. Staff is helpful and try to help with every request.

The location is OK, but took some serious effort to find with the construction sites all around Dushanbe. No post outside of the building with the name of the hotel, so we had to knock on random doors, and then we found it and wake up the guy that does the administration around 3 PM.
