- perfect spot for resting and beautiful scenery - the villa is literally on the beach - you can see the ocean from the bed - you can watch the sunrise from your bed or romantically from the heartshaped pier, swing or beach - it’s very quiet and so you wont see many people except for some locals working during low tide - staff is very friendly, helpful and on point (fast response and solving problems/requests) - the manager is very hospitable, initiates sharing information but also leaves you alone immediately when finished - the manager’s cat is living on the property and she’s super cute and playful - they arrange taxi, massage, yoga classes and tours - you can use the supboards for free - breakfast is very delicious and versatile and almost entirely suitable for vegetarians - restaurants offers outside of menu options for lunch and dinner as requested, even local dishes that are not on the menu - water pressure is very good and hot water - airconditioning and fan works perfectly - complimentary drinks upon arrival and leave

I can't say enough good things about this place! Perfectly situated and beautifully decorated. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is excellent, the best we've ever tasted on Zanzibar. A special thank you to Selina for the warm welcome, kindness, and hospitality, and to Millie for the fantastic massage and gorgeous braids. Big thank you to the entire staff. Great location, friendly staff and amazing food. The rooms are spacious, very clean and right on the beach. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. This was our favourite hotel during our trip in Zanzibar. The service exceeded any other place we went to.

Having been in Jambiani for a few days, my previous accommodation did not live up to its reviews. meaning I had got checkout early. By chance, I came across La La House, and what a difference it made I honestly wish I had seen this property before. This is a new property, very clean, and beautifully kept. The host, Badu, was extremely warm, welcoming, and accommodating, always attentive to guests’ needs, and simply excellent throughout my stay. The room itself was perfect, spacious, comfortable, with a very large bathroom and stunning sea views. The location was excellent, just a few steps from the beach. As someone who values quality, this certainly ticked all the boxes. Having now stayed in a number of properties in Jambiani, I can confidently say that La La House is the best in terms of the host, the room, the location, and the surrounding amenities. With restaurants and beach bars close by, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Jambiani. Thank you, Badu, for making my stay so enjoyable!
