    The woman at front desk was very helpful in securing me a quiet room for my very reactive dog. The room was well equipped, and very spacious and comfy. The location is great, with lots of shops, restaurants, and a close by hike to the gorgeous Brandywine Falls.

    It is right off the interstate, large parking lot, friendly staff and pet friendly. They are in the middle of updating/upgrading so there is an amount of fresh/new mixed with still needing done.

    Very rude owners, watched them threaten 2 paying guests with keeping their money and kicking them out. You have to pay for parking, hotel smells of dog, out dated, no body wash, horrible location, has an Erie Norman bates feel. That reminds you constantly there are cameras everywhere… who does that? Worst customer service ever. Next time I’ll spend an extra 10 bucks and stay someone anywhere else
