The location was great, and we loved our suite. I was impressed that we were upgraded to such a lovely room because of an isue with the original room we'd booked - and all of this before we set foot on the property (in other words, we did not have to complain about an issue to get the upgrade.) There was ground coffee in the room, along with a Mr Coffee (and filters!) which I also really appreciated. We had one dinner at Elevations downstairs, and it was excellent, with friendly and cheerful staff.

    You pay for the river view, that was worth it. The Airstream had bathroom floor leaks,, floors need to be replaced, shades not all operating, TV's all went on with remote -3 of them! Not as clean as it could have been. Also location was too close to public access to river, lots of people on Saturday night came out of tubing on river drunk needed ubers!

    Asheville river cabins are what all cabins supposed to be. The location was amazing with a stunning view and a flowing river in which you could swim in. The cabins themselves were clean with all of the equipment you would need, including charcoal, firewood, grill, jacuzzi, and even a sauna you could use. The staff were outstandingly nice and helpful. Overall a good experience, and everything that you imagine a cabin rental to be.
