Very friendly and helpful staff! Great that free tacos and drinks were offered on taco-night. Free juice / water / tea during the stay! Relatively easy to reach downtown Chicago via public transport. Good value for money and a good place to stay!

We liked the way the room was layed out and decorated. The beds and pillows were comfy, the room was clean. They didn’t serve breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. We will go back

We slept in so sadly no breakfast.. but they where nice to give my family more time to get ready to get out of the room... The pool was very nice beds comfy just lil on the small side for being queens . We are going again next month already 🥰

I booked hotel from booking.com it only says pets allowed but when you come to the hotel they change $25 per day which is not fair its a scam from booking.com
