The location was convenient but too close to highway. Fascilities and standard was good. Staff was just ok, but during this visit I noticed that service is perhaps not the strongest focus in US these days. Breakfast was fine, could be some more salads and vegetables.

I absolutely loved how friendly the staff was and the atmosphere of the entire property. We were in for our anniversary and we came back from our planned event to a bottle of wine in the room, a very nice hand written thank you card, some buckeye popcorn from the lobby and cards for breakfast the best morning. Drinks at the bar and Starbucks drinks. Rose petals were laid on the bed also. My husband and I never splurge on ourselves and this was such an incredible treat.

Although the property was listed as “pet friendly” on Booking.com, when we arrived, we were informed it is only for service dogs. However, the staff responded so well and agreed to accommodate us with our 2 dogs. So thank you for adjusting for us with the discrepancy encountered with the booking.

Location was the only nice thing about hotel. Dog friendly but I didn't have any animals with me. Cheap for the area, but there is a huge reason for that. Parking $15 a night. When checking in the guy was very nice. All staff at desk past that were awful. This is all I could come up with nice to say and i really had to think about it.

Clean, convenient, dog friendly, but, I was charged 150 dollars for pet cleaning fee without even being disclosed or told by ANYONE only after the fact. NOTHING had to be cleaned!!!! I have well trained Yorkies and it NEVER was charged at 3 different HYATT properties and ZERO cleaning had to be done to any of our rooms other than sheets and towels! Not disclosing and advertising pet friendly was a lie at this location!!!

My dog had an appointment with a specialist at OSU and it was a great, pet friendly location, close to the clinic. Staff was very friendly, room was cozy, bed was soooo comfortable,breakfast was fresh with lots of options, and pool and workout facility was nice!
