Not great, not terrible. Clean room, clean bed and shower. A lot of towels. AC included. The hotel met my expectations.

Quality Inn and Suites St Charles -West Chicago is just an hour from Chicago, IL. You can tour the Fox River or cheer on the Kane County Cougars baseball team.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent and nice quiet place for me to unwind.. Reservation staff and clearing staff is very thorough and curtious.

It was clean, The breakfast and coffee were amazing and convenient. The bartender was very nice. I love the lounge area, I was here for business, so it was a nice quiet area to study.
