The spirit of this place has one name: David, the manager. The hotel is a hidden gem that's not over the top or in your face. The rooms are really nice and comfortable, offering everything you could need. But David made our stay extra special! My friend was really sick and needed a doctor. David was so supportive and really took care of us, not just as a hotel manager but as a warm and caring human being. He just cares for people and is genuinely interested in their lives, with the right sense of how close people wish to connect

Breakfast was great value! Staff were lovely and chatted every morning. I was there during hurricane Milton so the hotel lost power and water for two days. All things considered the staff were amazing even in such difficult circumstances.

This was a great stay to visit a friend in Clearwater. The hotel is new, clean, with great facilities and friendly staff. Free onsite parking and breakfast. Good size room and bathroom. Would stay again.

    The house was perfect for our family getaway. Location was ideal, everything was close by, beach, restaurants, stores. We love our time at the pool, it was nice that the backyard was all fenced and private, our dogs loved it. The house was nice and had all we needed. Can’t wait to go back!

    Everything was really great - the house was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped and by that I mean you also get things like coffee and basic cooking necessities and two types of (really good) coffee. The location is quiet, but you get everything nearby, and it's a good starting point if you want to visit Tampa, St. Pete or go north to Crystal River. Or you can stay in and enjoy the pool on a rainy day :)

    At one point I had to remind myself that this is not my home and I will have to leave! Lol I loved this property, the owners were so nice and our dogs got along well! It’s in a great location near the beach. I loved the hammock and overall it’s great for photos. I usually book a hotel but wanted to try something different and I’m glad I did. Made me feel like a local.

    The space was perfect for our large family, especially the bed configurations. Loved that the pool was heated so even the little ones could swim early/late when the sun wasn't out. Pet friendly was a big win for us as well! Everything was clean and well stocked- above and beyond, it was amazing!

    We had to evacuate for Hurricane Ian. the staff went out of their way to help with all my needs. The housekeeping team was very nice and provided supplies as I needed them. We were kept informed in case of a power outage. This was a pet friendly hotel and it was comforting to see all the evacuees allowed to bring their pets in a crisis situation. I was highly impressed and would stay there again.
