I was driving cross country and booked because they allowed pets. At the check in I told the guy I had 2 cats he said (and it was midnight) I could not check in because they only allow dogs after a bad experience with cats. It says that absolutely NOWHERE in the description online. I disclosed the info to pay the pet fee and they still said no and turned me away. Really upsetting. Also the office had an overpowering curry smell which clung to my hair until I washed it.Guest review byBramFamily with young children
