We were very well taken care of during our stay at The Mansion on Sutter. The place is absolutely beautiful, feeling like a museum in addition to being a hotel. The staff was incredibly attentive to our needs. We were celebrating a birthday and were delighted to receive an upgrade, which made our stay even more special. We also discovered a fantastic gourmet Italian deli right in front of the hotel, and the food there was excellent. All in all, this was an amazing experience, and I would absolutely return in the future—something I’m already planning to do. Thank you to the very kind and generous staff for making our visit so memorable!

the hotel was very clean and nice ,just i found horrible san francisco as a city. the hotel didn’t advise us that is dangerous to walk in some areas and by mistake we went directly there.It was super stressful and dangerous as there were so many homeless people which was looking like zombies,they were all drunk or on drug and the whole situation was super scary .The hotel is in safe area but i believe they have to advise the guests to avoid these dangerous streets .

This hotel and its staff have really thought of so many details that make your stay so comfortable. They gave us water bottles upon arrival, helped us set up a spot to take a meeting in their lobby (and even turned down the lobby music), they have a cute little cutlery stand by the food delivery table so if you order Uber eats and they forget the cutlery (as they do) you are set. Every single employee was genuinely kind and helpful. Would 1000% stay here every time I come back to San Fran!
