Every member of staff we came in contact with were exceptional, they went beyond helpful when our bags failed to arrive from airport for 4 days. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, clean and the beds so comfortable.

I booked the last room available, seemingly in all of Temple, bc I am traveling for work and had to finally stop and rest. The man at the front desk tried to charge me well OVER MY RATE that I booked the room for and then when I began to question why he all of the sudden shut the window and said he would not give me the room. And I am a working single mom, so I also had my child in the car with me! We had to go all the way to Killeen to get a room, bc we just kept driving down the highway and EVERY HOTEL WAS FULL. So I don't know why this man turned us away at 1:00am in the middle of the night, after one - I called to confirm the booking, and two - he had the nerve to try to charge me $135 for the room! When I booked a price specifically through your website. I was and am furious and baffled.

    No pet fee, but considering we paid $78 for a dirty room, there shouldn't be a fee. The location was convenient, right off the highway. The mattress looked new on the bed in the 2nd room they gave us, but the bedbug protector cover they had for it was just laying on top of the mattress under the fitted sheet, instead of being zipped around it.

    Love the new color scheme in the rooms. The king size beds are very comfortable. Each room has a full size refrigerator with freezer. I truly appreciate the pet friendly atmosphere.
