The view from the balcony of the room is definitely the highlight of the whole accommodation experience. Staff are so helpful and friendly to offer advice including travel tips and transport for your trip. There is a steep road to go up to the main road from the homestay and the staff is willing to help me with my luggage. Nice communication. The room is lovely and exactly how the pictures show. Clean with nice deco - love it and would definitely recommend!

We are so glade we booked to stay here. The host and her teams so accommodating during our time here. We ended extending a couple of days because it was so relaxing. It’s a little out of town but if you are comfortable on a scooter it’s great, they also have scooters to hire. We are here a lot as we enjoyed time in the country and the food was so lovely. All of the staff are so cheerful. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, get right into the culture and slow down this is your place. Will definitely be back!

Great location. Comfortable beds. Warm aircon. Nice big bathroom with lots of hot water. Fantastic service from staff, even gave me a rose on international woman’s day! Huge windows in king room and rooms look exactly like the photos. All very clean and the best place we have stayed in Sa Pa.

Excellent hotel, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa! We chose a room with a valley view and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. The room was spotless and the hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. The staff were professional, extremely kind, and always willing to help with a smile. They provided us with useful information and tips about local activities, even updates about the weather so we could better plan our days. They also often offered us tea, which was a very nice touch. We tried some of the hotel’s services, such as massage and trekking. Their partners were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable compared to the usual overpriced tourist rates. The highlight of our stay was the check-out flexibility. Since our trip was at night and it would have been tiring to leave early in the morning, the staff themselves suggested that we check out whenever we wanted, without any extra charge, as there was no booking right after us. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic hotel with clean rooms, amazing views, a peaceful location, excellent staff, and well-priced services.

    The family is very friendly and helpful with anything you need. They have some really cute and friendly dogs and cats on the property. It’s a nice cosy home stay not too far out from town but by a nice rice terrace so you have a beautiful view.

    The house, view, host family, and staff are amazing. I arrived early, and they got my room ready as soon as the previous guest checked out so I could check in early. There are dogs and cats, so you must be animal friendly and better not allergic, but they all are nice and like pets.

    We love the place. Sadly it was hazy during our stay we were not able to watch movie and do the bonfire. The owner was very helpful arranging the pick up from the bus station. The place is 30 mins away from Sapa town. He also helped us arrange our tour around Sa Pa. We love his cat “Lux” and dog “Tot” those pets really touched our heart. They have fast internet as well so was able to work during our stay. 😊
