Amazing!  Stonehouse Villa is the place to stay in Valbona, Albania. The location is fantastic, the scenery is stunning, and the food is the best we have had in Albania.  The rooms are modern, spacious and clean, with comfy beds and powerful showers. The lovely staff were so kind and friendly, especially Mr Drin and Flori. They made planning our future travels easier and were full of wonderful recommendations. 100% stay here! It will for sure be the highlight of your Albania trip.  Also, you can experience the most insane stargazing here.

The rooms are in the first floor of their house and on the evening the heawas on, very convenientin October. The food was very good. They have a lovely garden with many flowers. The restaurant is also the meeting point of the locals and they had a warming fire place, really pleasant

They can also prepare launch packs if you want for hiking and they even gave us a lift to the starting point for hike to Theth.

The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. Location is right on the trail for Valbone-Theth hike and stunning views. Meals were served 2 minutes down at their house. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. There is also a long walk to the hostel which is the start of the Valbone-Theth hike so just means your getting this section done before you set off in the morning which is nice.

The rooms were small, but clean and in great condition. We had a large balcony that had gorgeous views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke some English which was a bonus. Breakfast was simple, but delicious.

If you want to be spoilt rotten and taken care of perfectly, this is your place to stay, no need to look any further. The owner does everything for you- dietary wishes, room service (he went out to buy a water kettle for us to use in our room); it is incredible. We usually do not write extensive reviews but he, his lovely wife and great son deserve more hotel guests so we hope this helps. Good quality beds, neat furniture, attention to detail and excellent meals. We truly wish him and all his staff all the best!!! He deserves it.
