You won't have trouble finding it, and parking's sorted - either grab a spot in the underground garage (15 euros/night, just let the owner know) or park on the street with a parking card.

A good choice of food. Hotel is excellently placed for getting to the city centre either by tram, bus or S.Bahn. all three within a 5 -8 minute walk from hotel. Great location to get to with the S7 from the airport or back to the airport cheaply than by taxi or City Train. Would definitely use the hotel again.
