The room we got was small but since you’re out all day, it served it’s purpose. Bed was super comfortable and the shower is small but AMAZING. The breakfast is very complete. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast included with your stay since food in Lugano is particularly expensive compared to the rest of Europe.

Each apartment features a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer. Towels are provided. Great location, facilities, view & staff. We had Apt 6 for our 7 day stay. It had great views, especially for the fireworks on July 12th. Lovely lake swims & walks. Good public transport links around the area & to Maggiore , Vassoie. The apartment was well equipped for cooking. Our coffee machine had a leaky seal & was replaced within an hour! Our towels were changed & our rubbish collected during our stay. Good value, especially we we had come from extortionist prices in Suisse! There wete a number of outdoor seating areas around the site. The lovely Giancarlo is a real asset!
