Views are stunning. The village is quite small, doesn't have a lot of events. Comfy beds, clean shared bathrooms, clean towels. Places to sit and spend time near hotel.

The Hotel Waldegg - Adults only enjoys an elevated south-facing position in Engelberg. It offers panoramic mountain views, a spa area with an indoor pool, and a restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available, and a free ski bus stops right in front of the hotel in winter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were able to use e-scooters and e-bikes all the time during our stay. The spa was also amazing.

The centre of the village is reachable within a pleasant 15-minute walk and in winter the ski bus brings you to the train and cable car station for free. The bus station is reachable on foot in 4 minutes. In winter, please take bus stop Heimat, in summer please take bus stop Brunni. Those bus stops also are the correct ones coming from the train station. Beautiful location, a 20-25 minute walk to the heart of Engelberg. The owners were very hospitable and friendly and it was a wonderful stay overall.

Location was perfect, 1 minute walk from thr train station and a 5 minute walk to Titlis. Balcony had am amazing view of the mountains. Room was plenty big for 2 adults and a crib.
