I really recommend it, very comfortable, all the guys at the reception were always very very helpful with everything. And Colombia is safer than most people describe it so I really recommend a vacation there.

The rooms are very comfortable, toilets clean and excellent staff. The best part is that it creates an amazing environment for socializing, having a lot of free planned activities and facilitators. Everyday they organize rooftop group activities and social nights. Although a bit noisy at times, the rooftop always closes at 12 pm and those who want to continue the party go to a bar hopping, in order to let those in need get some good sleep, which i found very respectful. The tourist tours which they promote are also a very good value, organized in collaboration with local entrepreneurs. Would 100% come back.

We are tremendously pleased with the conditions and the service...both of which are A+. However the personel really make this place special. So here goes.... Thanks to David and Manuel for recieving us. German even with his throat condition a pleasure to interact with as it was with Jean quite dynamic and proactive all of them. Not forgetting the security Richard, Edison and Duvin for protecting us and who at all times were gentlemen going beyond the call of duty to secure our transport. I highly recommend staying here and will again. It felt sad to leave.

This is a great place to stay in Medellin if you want to have some down time whilst also exploring the city. The Hotel facilities were amazing and we couldn't have asked for a service. It is at the pricier end but if you are planning to spend some time using the facilities it's so worth it.

The hotel is located opposite Santa Fe Shopping Centre and 800 metres from Aguacatala Metro Station. Lleras Park is a 10-minute drive away, while El Tesoro Shopping Centre and Medellin’s historic centre are within a 15-minute drive. The staf is superrr, they are realy helpfull carring, breafast was superr everyone there was super nice to my family, my kids were spoiled by the staff. Super nice place to stay highly recomended. Will defenetly go back there for my next trip.
