We had a wonderful stay in Mecca. The accomodation is in a quiet area of Puerto Viejo but easy to acces by taxi or bike. The place is clean and equipped with everything you need. Kim is a really kind host, she will inform you of all the things to do in the area. We had a great time and miss the two cute dogs already.

Everything was perfect. We were well taken care of from the moment, we arrived to La Pavona, as the boat company knew about our arrival and had our names. The accomodation even arranged our transfer to Cahuita (boat and taxi), which worked out well. The apartment exeeded every expectation. Huge open space, wonderful views to Tortuguero canal with sliding doors/windows to let the outside atmosphere in. The whole space was very clean, warm shower, safe, garderobe for clothes, dining an writing table, full sized fridge, double airconditioning, and even a bathtube with view. The bed was very comfortable, the linen was good quality. In town everything was in walking distance, and the whole area was astonishing. If we ever return to Costa Rica, we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and fully equipped apartment. Peaceful and quiet and close to the beach. The owners were super friendly and helped us with all requests. We also booked the canoe tour and the day walk tour with the location and had a great time. We highly recommend it.
