It is set 5.1 km from Port of Hamburg and provides a lift. The accommodation features a fitness centre, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. I was travelling with a 10 month old and they arranged everything including crib and baby seat. It really made our stay comfortable.

Our room was perfectly laid out and clean and perfectly appointed. Loved the windows to the street. It was warm and cozy when we wanted and nice and cool when we needed it to be. One of the best rooms I’ve ever slept in. The bed was amazing! Live the location as it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of downtown. The train station is right outside the front door so not is easy to get anywhere you want. No parking lot but there is street side parking all over the place. If we return to Hamburg, we will be staying at Clouneys!

The hotel offers a sauna and a tour desk. Me and my fiancé had an anniversary and the hotel hosted us so well - we had a great room with a view and the facilities are great. The staff was friendly and helpful. When I asked for additional things like coffee, teas etc it was provided straight away.

The hotel itself is great but the staff make the experience one to remember. The rooms are luxurious and stylish with super comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast in the brasserie is epic. I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful hotel!

Comforts include a flat-screen TV, and all rooms have a delightful view of the River Elbe. The hotel is on a superbly location. The facility is very nice with their own restaurant. The room was excellent with a wonderful view on the Elba River. There is a free parking lot. The hotel and restaurant stuff is professional and kind. The food was delicious and variet. Is a peaceful place.

The location was good, if the city center is your main visiting area as it is in walking distance from the hotel. The restaurants and breakfast available are of very high standards - gourmet like. We went as a family of five and both children and adults really enjoyed our stay, as the hotel is both children and dog friendly.
