The rooms were very clean. Iriny in particular assisted me with something personal as I needed to find a particular blanket made in Spain in Cairo. She gave me names of a couple places and BINGO! I found what I was after at the first place and I was greatly grateful for her kindness. Their breakfast was ok, light to start ur day with. Staff at reception were always ready to make your life so much easier!

I still can’t believe I woke up, pulled back the curtains, and saw the Great Pyramids right there in front of me. Watching the sunrise with a coffee in hand, and later the glow of the sunset over the desert, felt like something out of a dream. Pictures don’t do it justice—you just have to be here to believe it. I especially loved spending time on the roof terrace—the views from up there are absolutely breathtaking. Sitting with a drink in the evening, gazing at the pyramids as the sky changed colors, was one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments I’ll never forget. The family room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Better than many 5 stars rooms we have seen in Egypt. If you’re planning a trip to Cairo or Giza, do yourself a favor and stay here at least once. It’s not just a hotel stay—it’s an experience you’ll carry with you forever.

Waleed went the extra mile to ensure everything in our room, from the amenities to the meals and views and room condition, was clean and excellent. He took us on a personal tour to visit the Pyramids and was so knowledgeable and amazing and easygoing. He is a friendly guy. Also, the staff the hotel was so helpful and was always willing to assist in at any time or with any need. I will definitely return to stay for longer, and I highly recommend staying here. Waleed arranged all our airport pick up and drop off and also all our tours. What a wonderful and life change experience, truly out of this world. The view of the pyramids from the room will "blow" your mind, and it is really out of this world.
