The room was spacious, comfortable, immaculate, and well-equipped, with a splendid view of the sea and town below and every morning, the sunrise. The breakfasts were outstanding, featuring all the basics plus yummy treats, including daily French patisserie quality cakes or pies, and some kind of savoury casserole or pita, as well as Stella baked bread and homemade jams and marmelades made with fruit from their garden. The team of Stella, son Stathis and his wife Penelope were unbeatable and spent much of their time doing whatever they could imagine to be helpful and generous to guests and creating an atmosphere of pleasant camaraderie. I miss the place already and very much hope to return soon, much like the enthusiastic repeat guests that I met during my stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast, fresh and great variety, good filter coffee. Excellent hosts, nice and helpful. They welcomed us with the best homemade lemonade and nice treats at departure. Still and sparkling water in the room, also a bottle of wine from the host Thank you, George! The swimming pool is great, especially if you have kids.

Location was fabulous. Very close to a wonderful sandy beach with free umbrellas and chairs. And Sofia is an amazingly kind person. She and her family truly care. Her hospitality was 5 star, she gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, made reservations for us, and had many helpful hints. She is a lovely person who provides fantastic accommodations and a phenomenal value. We will definitely return and highly recommend Maistrali Apartments to our friends and family. We have stayed at very high end accommodations and for comfort, hospitality, view and overall satisfaction Maistrali tops the list. Thank you Sofia! We appreciate you and all you do!

We had a beautiful apartment for 4 days in June and it was just stunning, amazing views of the water and surrounding cliffs every day, and the beautiful infinity pool! 10 mins walk to Kaladi Beach (which was quiet then, like having a private beach!) and 10 mins drive to gorgeous Avlemonas village with heaps of wonderful food & swimming options. Betty was such a welcoming and gracious host, and gave us lots of stories and recommendations for the island (in Greek!) We will definitely be back.
