She made us feel at home. We checked-in very late (due to bad traffic on our way to the house) and she waited for us and also prepared us a really nice cold plate. She was also very attentive during our whole stay and made sure that the water in the jacuzzi was according to the norms and regularly checked in on us if we needed anything.
