The rooms were clean and very spacious. We got upgraded to the suite, which was delightful. Overall, it was a very nice experience, and we would love to visit again in the future.

It is a unique hotel, after experiencing an apartment in Milan, the change was as we expected. The location is strategic, not too far from the train station, and very close to the main attractions. The breakfast was quite good, simple but fulfilling, and the ginseng coffee was amazing. The room itself is comfortable, but if you have lots of luggage, the size of the room might be too compact. They do have a shower bidet (this matters for most Asian :) They also gave us some sweets (candies) considering this is our honeymoon trip. Overall, we loved staying here

The aparthotel features family rooms. The hosts were incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful. I loved the 100% digital check-in and check-out process. We had a slight problem with the lockers after checking-out, and our host solved it very promptly. The location could not be beat. there were some reviews about noise, but we didn’t have that issue at all. And they provide earplugs if you need. The bed was comfy and it was a nice sized space for two people.
