We were well helped by Youssef, the riad was so good, the breakfast so delicious, the rooms so spacious and welcoming. Perfect place to be in Fes!

From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Staying at Hicham’s place was a beautiful and peaceful experience. From the very first moment, he made us feel truly welcome and went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped. Breakfast was fresh and full of flavor, and the dinner was simply amazing. We felt at home, and we’ll never forget the calm and warmth of this lovely place.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 19 km from Royal Palace Fes. The villa also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. Great location and nice and clean house.

Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Darif is a stunning riad tucked in the medina. We loved the decorations around the main garden and inside the rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially finding meeting points with tours.

Providing private parking, the riad is 1.4 km from Batha Square. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. We had the luck and honour to stay for 2 nights in the sublime private riad in the Palais de Fes. The setting is incredibly authentic, the staff is superfriendly, they really make you feel at home together with providing an excellent service. The location is superb at the entrance of the medina, with impressive views over the city. On all criteria this hotel is excellent and that s the first time I give a global 10 on 10! Bravo to the whole team working there and the family behind.

Best stay in had in my two weeks in Morocco. Spacious room and incredibly warm and helpful staff and yummy breakfast.
