The boutique nature of Sunrise Lodge (only ten rooms in total) provided a more personal experience for us and this, we believe, is the best place to stay in all of Malta - not just on Gozo - but the entire country. Sure, there are places that cost USD$1000+ per night that would also be great, but Sunrise Lodge represents unsurpassed value for money. It is only a ten minute walk, all downhill, to the ferry terminal that connects Gozo to the island of Malta. Ferry trips are also fairly short and inexpensive. We would choose to stay on Gozo for the duration of our stay next time, using this delightful island as our base. We must also give a big shout out to Joe, Sunrise Lodge's Welsh chef. Joe is a character, and he and James are a great team. They make a great breakfast! For first-time visitors to Malta, seriously consider Sunrise Lodge as your place to stay. You will, like us, be delighted with your decision.

Offering a bar and garden view, Tuta Agrotourism is located in Kerċem, 2.5 km from Xlendi Beach and 2 km from Cittadella. This bed and breakfast features a pool with a view, a garden and free private parking. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a restaurant. The property also offers accommodation for disabled guests. Beautiful peaceful property that’s super clean. The pool with the chairs it in were perfect for reading and cooking off. The property is so peaceful and quiet you can really relax and recharge here. It’s lovely. Stephano was also super welcoming and we were able to check in early. We also ate the dinner there and it was our best meal in Malta/Gozo.

Situated in Victoria, Maria Rosa Suites is a recently renovated accommodation, 2.8 km from Xlendi Beach and 400 metres from Cittadella. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and luggage storage space, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can book themselves in for fitness classes or yoga classes. I've had a dream stay at this newly opened boutique hotel. It settles in a quiet street, with many restaurants and shops just around the corner. It's very close to St. George and Citadella. My room is spacious and comfortable. The court yard is my favoite- such a timeless oasis. I love having breakfast with light jazz music in the background, or simply sitting there with a book and tea anytime during the day. Owner Donald gave a warm welcome when I arrived. He's very attentive to guests' every need. It's fascinating to hear his stories of restoring and turning the old houses into this modern and comfy place, with years' careful planning and meticulous work. Host Rachel is also very warm and friendly. They've made me feel at ease and at home immediately.

Situated in Xagħra, in a historic building, 2.9 km from Ramla Beach, MJ Farmhouse B&B is a recently renovated bed and breakfast with an outdoor swimming pool and terrace. The property was built in 19th century and has air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. MJ was so kind and knowledgeable. We began as patrons but left as friends. We hope to be back to Gozo soon, and when we return, without a doubt, we will stay again at MJ farmhouse.

The property has pool and garden views, and is 4 km from Cittadella. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Everything Excellent location, friendly owners, beautifully restored home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Swimming pool and facilities 5 star.

Beach front High End apartment, direct sea views. Is a beachfront property set in Marsalforn, 300 metres from Marsalforn Beach and 4.5 km from Cittadella. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the apartment free of charge. The apartment also offers facilities for disabled guests. Apartment is very well decorated and very clean. Fully airconditioned/heated. VIEW is amazing and few meters to the beach and restaurants. Bottle of wine and water was left in the room together with crossaints and coffee. Host is very helpful and communication was great.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a terrace. The accommodation features airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Everything was wonderful. Even when my flight was delayed 5 hours and I arrived at 7.30pm, the host was communicative and helpful. The room had everything I needed and the balcony was the best part, besides the fridge full of Maltese delicacies. My lactose intolerance was even accommodated by the host, who brought oat milk on the second day.

The property features city and quiet street views, and is 6.6 km from Cittadella. The bed and breakfast has parking on-site, spa facilities and a 24-hour front desk. The room was quaint and had windows that open to a court yard. Nice and quiet Received a big breakfast every morning and good local information from the host. A pleasant stay.

The property has pool and garden views, and is 4.1 km from Ta' Pinu Basilica. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. Most amazing breakfast, all home-cooked. Make sure you book with breakfast included, it's totally worth it. The property is a well restored and tastefully decorated old house, with lots of character. Hosts are very nice and responsive. Bottom line, when we'll be visiting Gozo again (our January visit precluded us from enjoying the nice waters of the island), we'll definitely stay here.

Can't recommend Arzella Apartments in Xlendi, Gozo enough! The apartment was absolutely superb from start to finish. We truly loved everything about this property. it was spotless and wonderfully comfortable. Its location in Xlendi is simply unbeatable, offering easy access to everything we needed while still feeling like a peaceful escape. We wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend Arzella Apartments to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Gozo. We can't wait to return!
