Hotel Aikawa is one of the best hotels we have stayed in terms of hospitality and food. Their Manager Milan, and other hotel staff very extremely polite, helpful and efficient in their work. Food is undoubtedly a delight here. You can try many cuisine but their indian and japanese snacks item very perhaps perfect. Safari point where the inner forest safari starts is at a walking distance from the hotel. Pick and drop facility along with any activities required is all well managed by the hotel staff. Milan was extremely helpful to us in booking our activities and was a hassle free experience. Their garden is also nice to have a stroll down the park. I would recommend poeple not to think even twice for booking this hotel in Sauraha.

The location is amazing, surrounded by nature in a quiet place, exactly what we were looking for. Also they have a very nice garden to hang out. The wifi is very good. If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure! Everything is made with love and so many details, you immediately feel welcome and like part of the family living in this place. The food is just great and always cooked freshly right in front of you, you can organize every activity (safari,scooters, buses,etc) over the super nice staff and even just chilling under the trees you will have a great day.

The Tharu Village is 100 metres from the property. The Sauraha Bus Station is 3.5 km while the Bharatpur Airport is 20 km. The rooms were very comfortable and beautifully designed. Loved the bath tub!! The pool area was very relaxing. The gardens were also nicely kept and manicured. All the staff were friendly and the food was exceptional.

One of the BEST resort I’ve ever stayed in. We were going to give our friend a surprise birthday celebration. Sapana prepared a lovely cake for her, which made all of us extremely touched and happy. Also, having breakfast at the sunlight was an amazing experience, especially surrounded by the local pets Benny, Romey, and two cats.
