Similarly, a great infinity pool with a beautiful view. Nice staff who look after you at all times and make sure you get what you need - when you want it. This hotel deserves its stars. No matter where you are, whether you are on your way in or out, at the reception, or at one of the several dining options, including the breakfast buffet, you will meet professional and genuinely nice and interested people. Staff who really care about you. All requests are handled, when we needed help in the room this was arranged immediately. Room service checks in several times a day. The surroundings are otherwise as you would expect, a very good standard of everything. You get what you pay for. The food we ate; breakfast, by the pool, on the rooftop bar was delicious. Fresh and good ingredients - also current drinks. I would like to conclude by specifying the people, the employees, who really deserve praise. Personal follow-up, nice gestures along the way... On arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with plenty of drinking water — a thoughtful touch in the hot summer. The kitchen was fully equipped with all kinds of utensils, dining plates, pans, and even a variety of teas. The location was exceptional — just a few steps from the beach and right in front of the Kempinski Hotel. The underground parking was a true blessing in Oman’s heat, offering both security and convenience, along with easy access to the swimming pool. Overall, it was a wonderfully comfortable and memorable stay.
