I have never experienced such kind helpful staff. Manuel goes above and beyond to help. When we arrived we were having contacting a airline to arrange a ticket refund- he could not have been more helpful and with success. Whilst in Panama we were subject to petty crime and Manuel contacted the Police and came with us to the station to make a statement . We had a bigger room . It was quiet, very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The WiFi worked well and the room had air-con. The kitchen was well equipt and we cooked a few meals. The staff will do your laundry on site for $6 a load. Excellent location- lots of shops ( food stores) and restaurants nearby. Via Argentina is a 10-15min walk. All in all we were so pleased that we chose Hostel IBRAIS - we came back for another stay! (Manuel stored our bags and had helped organise a San Blas tour)

The location is amazing, on a quite square, but a minute walk from all the restaurants and attractions of the area. Stayed as a family in a big room, two floors, two bathrooms, huge balcony with a view. Facilities are elegant and beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, with free choice from an a-la-carte menu. Would definitely return here.

Everything was great. The apartment is located in the middle of one of Panamas skyscrapers. From the balcony, that can be closed and included in the living room, there is 180 degree view over the Pacific Ocean. There is a functioning pool and fitness area on the lower floors. There is a great supermarket around 150m from the entrance to the building. It may be advised to check the specific rules about the use of the pool and fitness area before going into it. They are fair but specific. We enjoyed the entire stay overall. Thanks a lot.
