The location was excellent especially if you are looking for a nice and quite vacation. The staff was so polite and extremely helpful. The dive shop was amazing and the instructors and dive guides were exceptional. I would 100% recommend this place to stay at. The food was really good especially for vegetarians they did their best to cater to people's food choices. Everyone was so welcoming and just so nice to talk to. They showed us the true meaning of Filipino hospitality.

The location, the view and the restaurant is great. The rooms are clean and the AC is good. Breakfast is tasty. But the most important thing is that despite the bad weather we had, they helped us a lot, without the great staff, we would have stuck on the island because it wasn’t easy to find out which ferries were cancelled and which ones are not. They were informing us about all the details, and when the weather became better, they arranged us activities. Richard, the owner is awesome, he put a great team together. You feel like you are their most important guest, even when they are fully booked. This is not just a hotel, this is a resort when they are really there for you. Thank you everyone!! When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Vernon, he showed us to our room and made us feel at home from the start. The room was very clean and modern with all the facilities to a high standard. Throughout our stay he made sure we were happy and kept the purified water topped up for us to use. He gave us a detailed explanation of what to do in the area and even took us on a hike which was very enjoyable. We are so grateful to have chosen to stay at your place. Thank you!!

Everything about the place was really lovely, the location, atmosphere and facilities, but the staff were exceptional in going out of their way to organise us a taxi to our next destination with a reasonable price. The breakfast was also lovely, and it was very easy to get to the lodge from Balatero Port as there was a private driver there already. Overall wonderful stay in every way, I’m very glad to have chosen this place and would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Puerto Galera

The most that we like is the Owners they very friendly. also the Location it's easy and close to the beach which is not hard to those guest that had problem to walk.
