The service was excellent especially the home-made breakfast each morning which we would look forward to. You could tell the breakfast was made with a lot of care and passion from the staff. The property is about 10 minute walk from the Ribat and maybe 15 minute walk from the Monastir marina area. The housekeeping staff were quick and thorough. The upstairs area and pool was great for relaxing. If we ever return to Monastir, we would stay here again.

The property is non-smoking and is located 2.1 km from Qaraiya Beach. We only used it for one night, but we could have stayed more, the apartment is very very good, large and comfortable. We had everything we needed, everything is very modern and easy to use. The wifi is great, it has a balcony, comfortable shower, great water pressure, everything was just great, absolutely great value for money. The owner met us, and he couldn't be more hospitable, showed us everything and even gave us tips on what to see and where to eat. I can honestly recommend this place.

The property is located in a residential with security guards and parking . The apartment is a beautiful 1 bed apartment with a pull out double bed in lounge. It has air conditioning in main room and bedroom, WiFi , washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer and cooker/ oven and a fabulous walk in shower. There is also a lovely balcony overlooking the main road. Very comfortable apartment and shared communal swimming pool ( shame the water slides were not available for use during my stay - as this was a major selling point when booking as I didn’t know it was not going to be available seeing the dates on booking.com said it was available from 30/04/25! My stay was from 05/06/25 to 15/06/25 ) The owner of the apartment is lovely- great communication and very accommodating after a few initial hiccups on arrival.
