I loved the location and ambience . The staff are all warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble from the room chambermaids, to the room service/dining. The reception are all friendly, professional and efficient and the welcoming team (I must mention Hussein who was lovely and always had a smile on his face) and the men that drive the buggies are polite, friendly and well informed- I really can’t complain! Thank you for marking my birthday - a lovely touch. The rainforest experience is something you must try and the gazelles and camels wandering about is mesmerising! This staycation with my Husband was absolutely wonderful. "My Way" is what you see, what you get. Mike and Christine have put their heart into making this place beautiful, and it truly is. The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night.
