Loved EVERYTHING about Coolnest - staff was so Nice, helpful, cheerful, efficient and professional yet highly personable. The owner even engaged in a wine tasting with his guests and discussed his inspiration for the hotel. The hotel itself and the facilities are top notch, the decor was very cool and so we done, every detail done well and the all the areas from the reception area, the breakfast area, the roof top bar and restaurant, the pool the gym and yoga rooms were done so well. Not to mention the rooms that were functionally laid out perfectly with million dollar views of the zitteral valley. And did I mention all the free activities - hiking, biking, yoga, wine tasting, etc that comes free.

Really recommend the Zillertalerhof, lovely spacious room, very central location and the spa facilities were incredible. Staff were exceptional, went above and beyond to cater for my vegan diet- such delicious food every morning and evening. I hope to return soon!

The hotel is located in a quiet but central location within easy walking distance the all of the local amenities. We were given a warm welcome by the owners on arrival and were provided with a room upgrade free of charge. The room was spacious and comfortable with amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent. On our departure, we were given a pot of home made jam from our hosts, which was stunning by the way. Can't wait to return next year.

We had a huge room with two balconies and two fabulous views of the mountains. Maria the owner was so nice and very helpful. The whole house was very cleanand modernly renovated. The location was excellent close to the restaurants and shops but extremly quiet. We will definately come back.

The most beautiful views , fantastic location, amazing rooms and bars and restaurants… wonderful decoration and great atmosphere. You will feel young and beautiful even if you aren’t, just by association! The staff were so lovely and really looked after us. Although it was a very glamorous place to stay , we got the impression that you could stay here by yourself and made to feel very comfortable.

Place is really cosy and nice,staff is very responsive-although we had some issues with hot water,it was resolved quickly.location is also very convenient-just 15 min walk to Mayrhofen city centre,closest ski lift is jus 3 min drive away.

A very well located hotel in the city center of Mayrhofen, close to a gondol lift. This makes the location very advantages for guests willing to get easily up to the skiing or hiking areas. Good breakfasts and dinners, a more than satisfying SAP area with a number of saunas and swimming pools. The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is worth recommending.

An excellent choice. Apartment in a great location. Grocery store, restaurants and downtown shops a stone’s throw away. The apartment was very clean, modern and tastefully decorated, quier and peaceful. We had a minor problem with the shower wall, witch was fixed immediately. The host and his family very friendly and helpful if needed. We can warmly recommend the apartment Partoll.

Really nice place to stay. Great location only a few hundred metres from the main cable car up the mountain and to the centre of town. Welcoming owner. Room was clean, spacious and had a well equipped kitchenette. Stayed on the ground floor, so no balcony, but direct access to a small garden area at the side of the guesthouse. Very competitively priced. Would recommend.

The location is really close to the Penkenbahn, approximately 5mins if you use the trail near the river. The apartment was very clean and cozy and has a nice view. Really close to the city center, restaurants and supermarket.
