The hotel was easy to find--centrally located on the main road. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning actually worked, I was so thrilled (the other hotels on our trip had advertised air conditioning that didn't really work after all)!! The AC was fully adjustable in our room, so I sat there on the bed like a penguin that sits under the snow machine in the exhibit at the zoo; it was heaven. The breakfast was SO GOOD. Americans, this place had the crispiest bacon I have ever seen on the European continent. On our way to and from our room, we passed through a game room with foosball and pool tables, so naturally I challenged my husband to a game of pool (I won). There was on-site parking, and the connecting restaurant was also fantastic--we had dinner there. Our room also had a balcony which was nice. When we mentioned to the front desk upon checkout that we were going to the lake on our way out of town, they gave us a coupon so we wouldn't have to pay to go to the public beach.

We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. I once asked her if she knows if there is snow on Mölltaler Gletscher, she called them to ask in German and and gave us more useful information location is great - near main roads but quite. The host (Sabine) and the staff were great. Location superb , it's close to lake and restaurants. Breakfast and evening meal good. Terrace out front for a drink/meal of an evening. Sabine was very kind when we needed a little help.

The location was really beautiful. We had a direct view to the Ossiacher See, which was fabulous. The room was nice and quite large, no problem where to put our stuff to. Bathroom is really nice and also big. Breakfast was OK, not too large selection of food, but we could always had enough. Picture is from the window of the room.

great location, with great view on the lake. Part of the property is the Farm house, accessible so we enjoyed visiting it. staff was very helpful and was ready to make step further to reflect our needs - while breakfast was announced from 7:45, on our request they started it from 7:15.

Great location. Perfect view of Ossiacher see, 10 minutes away from the ski slopes in Gerlitzen. Rich breakfast with homemade cheese. The staff is friendly and the owner Gregor is very kind.
