I arrived 3 hours before check-in to leave my luggage, but I was told that I could already check in because the room was ready, which made me very happy, a big plus. The rooms, bed linens, bathroom, and toilets are very clean. Each bed has a light and a socket. The hostel is modern and very comfortable, with all the amenities you need. Also, the view from the window was great !

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

The location is just amazing, the fact that there is parking spot infront of the door. Also the connection to Interlaken or Thun is perfect located. Mario’s place was spacious and amazing. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook a full meal, and there was a washing machine and drying rack for laundry. The apartment is a short 8mins walk from Interlaken West Station. The balconies overlooked the Höhematte Park, where there were paragliders during the day. As our stay was over the New Year’s period, the fireworks display was right at the park and we could enjoy the magnificent display in the comfort of our own home. Mario was very friendly and accommodating, and everything from leaving our luggages at the accommodation before check-in, to check-out, was seamless. Thank you so so much, Mario! I will definitely return to this apartment in the future!
