We stayed before high season, when it was not fullt booked so had oportunity to enjoy at most calm and lovely area. Room was spacious, beds superbly comfy, and owner super friendly and helpfull. Hospitality at most :) Overall higly reccomend for everyone :)

We had an amazing time staying at Isabel and Moses’ apartment on Evia. From the very beginning, they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful. They gave us fantastic recommendations on where to eat, which beaches to visit, and even where to find the best boat tours and local activities. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the island. Isabel and Moses went above and beyond to make us feel at home — we couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Evia!

Close to the city center and all nearby beaches. And most importantly wonderful hosts. Nataša is there for everything and always, I would love to visit them again. This was our second time staying at this hotel during a trip to Loutra, and we’d happily come back again! One of the absolute highlights is the view — it’s honestly one of the best sea views we've ever had, and every room in the apartment has it, which is such a rare find. The location is super convenient, just a short 5-minute walk to the ferry to Loutra. There's also private parking, which makes things so much easier if you’re driving. You can book a rate with breakfast included, which we really appreciated - a nice way to start the day before heading out. And a big thank you to the lovely staff at reception — always friendly and welcoming!

Amazing place to stay, so nice rooms and friendly staff, great breakfast (except for coffee) with changes daily, got a bit of a discount at their sister tavern just up the street and you also get your as i understand it own reserved sunbeds and umbrella, amazing views from Balcony and so calm and quiet. You can park on the street or in their parking garage right under the hotel with direct lift access, awesome
