As you can see in the photos, the location is very good, close to everything and you can easily reach everything you need. They were welcomed very warmly, they were very helpful. No elevator Actually, it was written in the information, but it was disappointing for me because I didn't see it. They even said they could arrange a room on the first floor but all the rooms were full. Still, they helped us get one of our suitcases up to the 3rd floor. Our room was across from the church and yet it was very quiet. Thank you 🌺

Incredibly central location with its own parking which was great because parking can be very challenging in Kavala's city centre. Very nicely made stilysh rooms with attention to detail. Very clean, spatious and well-insulated from external sounds. Friendly owner that gave advice for options in the city.

We liked the location very much, because it is right at the entrance to the city, outside the hustle and bustle and yet very close to everything, close to Kalamici beach, shops, restaurants. Also, from this location, you can easily visit all the beaches in the area by car, of which there are many and they are beautiful. The apartment is very comfortable, new, well equipped and clean. The owners are very pleasant and helpful for everything you need. Our warm recommendation.

Iridium is a EU funded housing project aimed at refurbishing 100+ year old houses. It is accomplished with a greatvsence of respect for original materials. The views from the room - Iris - are spot on like on the fotos. The apartment is at a stone’s throw from the yacht harbor right in the old town of Kavala. It has everything you need for a self-cateted stay: fridge, coffee machine… The rooms are spacious and would fit a family of 4. Charis, the owner, has plenty of recommendations, be it for beaches, restaurant, you name it. They took always only a few minutes to answer any requests. We will definitely return and will never stay anywhere else but at Iridium.
